I LOVE THIS LITTLE BOY!!

Per request of Popi (my dad) here are some picture of our little man!! He was so happy at church today, and so handsome! Everyone at church was entertained by Logan today. He was making these awesome faces at everyone in the chapel. With all of his energy being spent on entertaining everyone, he had not time to sleep. Which made for an absolutly amazing nap time endeavor...mommy found a new work out plan. The plan goes as follows...
  • Logan with no naps all day
  • 4:00 pm
  • Screaming and yelling
  • Holding Logan tight while he is fighting

and best of all

  • 45 minutes later Logan is asleep and my arms feel like I just had a good work out!

So enjoy the following picture of after our nap time struggle!!

At church...

Just hanging on the floor with his favorite toy, his hand!!

This is the most amazing picture we have to date! He was just talking away!

I think this one looks like me! Finally I have proof that he is mine :) (mom correct me if I am wrong...)
He was laying on the blanket and then he rolled over and took the blanket with him. He was loving the silky part of the blanket! Thanks to Miss Bethanie for the fun blanket!

He was so proud of himself, and so super happy with his blanket!!

He loves being naked! Best of all he loves being naked and rolling all over the floor. There were no pee acidents this time!! Thank heaven!

More naked Logan!

More blanket time, he was just so happy! I think I took 100 pictures!

He was just so happy!

This was more talking...He gets so excited when we are talking to him! We love our little man. He is growing up so fast and is more fun everyday!
ENJOY! Kisses to Mimi, Popi, Nan and Papaw

Not Impressive Enough

Logan apparently decided that rolling over from his front to his back was not quite impressive enough. Just a couple days after first rolling over from his front to his back, he rolled from his back to his front. Now we can't keep him on his back, even when changing diapers, getting dressed, sleeping, or just playing. He has to roll over and be on his tummy. It gets quite challenging some times.

Disney's Hollywood Studios Fun!!

Aunt Caroline, Logan and I went to Disney's Hollywood Studios on Saturday morning. I wanted to take him to the Play House Disney Live on Stage show. It was fun; Logan had a great time with us girls. Daddy was studying for the LSAT, so we wanted to let him have a quiet house. You would think it would be quiet given that he is only 4 1/2 months old; however he talks like he is the only person any wants to listen too! It is so funny, and so oddly loud. Anyway, here are some pictures of our adventure!

Logan in front of the Studios...

Aunt Caroline, Logan and mommy in front of the hat!

He was so happy to see Mickey!!

He was just singing along!

He liked the "real" girl that was dancing around with the characters.

Handy Manny is Caroline's favorite :o)

He just stared at them, for almost the whole 22 minutes.

Happy mommy and Logan.

Outside with sleeping Logan and Handy Manny! Thanks Caroline for coming with us and remembering your camera. We had a great time.

On a side note, this morning while I was working and getting Logan ready he was on his blanket talking to me when all of a sudden he rolled from his back to his front. HURRAY! It was so exciting. Bob was sad he missed it by 2 seconds maybe. We tried to get him to do it all night, but he never did!

However, after 4 months I finally got peed on!! Yeah for mommy! It was my fault; I let him lay on the floor naked. I had a blanket under him so he did not get it all over, he just likes being naked! I am sure that was a silly thing for mommy to do, but it made him a very very happy boy!

MOSI - in Tampa

I have been working so much lately that I felt like I never got to see Logan and Bob. So on Friday I left work early so that I could spend some time with my boys. We went to MOSI - the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa. It was fun, it was not very big and there were only a few things that Logan liked looking at, but it was to fun to have a family outing.

Logan was looking at the fish and the turtles...we think he thought they looked strange.

Logan and I in the butterfly exibit. I love this little serious man face :o)

P.S. Disney photos to follow!

Rolie Polie Olie

WE DID IT!!!

Logan has finally realized that he can roll over. Well, it looks more like he is falling over, but the result is the same. He can now go from his belly to his back on his own!!!

This is Emily - Bob posted this movie for me! So I just wanted to add my touch...here is a shout out to he "real" Rolie Polie Olie!! I loved this show on The Disney Chanel!

Michael Buble'...WE LOVE YOU!

You may think this is a 12 year old girl's blog...but no; it is me. Bob and I both love Michael Buble', but we have a new found appreciation for the man!!

We went to his concert while I was pregnant with Logan and I listen to him all the time in the car. His song "Home" was the last song played at our wedding, so in a word we love...love...love him!

So, tonight while we were driving home, Logan LOST HIS MIND. As you all may know, when a little one looses their mind...you all lose your minds. So as we often do we turned on Michael...and like a magic miracle Logan just stopped crying.

So my science experiment is over...Logan loves Michael...will tolerate Mamma Mia...and dislikes pretty much anything else. So just enjoy the aftermath of the meltdown...and happy face from Mr Buble' (with a hint of a tear)
Happy Face Boy!!

GRUMPY FACE BOY! I just love this face...he is totally looking at himself.

ENJOY...Have a good night!

Long Over Due...

It has been far too long since I have blogged...work has kept me pretty busy over the past few weeks. The only thing that I have had time to do is eat dinner, kiss Logan goodnight and go to bed. So, now that I got home before 8:00, it is time to blog :0)

I have a few pictures from the last few weeks. I wish that I had one of Logan today in his first pair of Disney ears. I will get one on Saturday for sure, it will be his first time to Disney's Hollywood Studio's to see PlayHouse Disney! I am really excited, I think he is going to love it.

ENJOY!

We got this fun towel in Utah...it is like a Dragon or a Monster or something, either way it is Daddy's favorite towel. SO we had to get a pic.

Mommy wanted to see what it looked like on her, too bad Logan is not big enough to make fun of mommy like Uncle Andrew and Daddy.

I was worried that this hat was not going to fit, that it would be too big...but no, it fits pretty well. He loves himself some football. GO BUCS!!

So we had some big big moments in our house this last weekend...
  • WE HAD OUR FIRST TASTE OF RICE CEREAL...

and

  • WE ROLLED OVER!!!!!

At his doctor appointment on Friday, Dr. Marla told us that we should just let him get mad and that he would roll over. She was right! Sunday morning he did it. He is getting so big. He has been doing really well with the cereal stuff. I forgot how hard it is to learn something new, for mommy and for Logan.

I can not believe he is 4 months old and already on to his next big growing step! He ate almost a whole bowl of cereal tonight! He is so big!!

Here are the stats from his doctor appointment on Friday --

  • 15 lbs 2 oz
  • 25 inchs
  • 17 inch diameter head
  • just above 50th percentile across the board

and

  • 3 shots taken like a super star stud!
